6.2 Product Descriptions
The Company will make every effort to ensure that the content and product descriptions on this Website are accurate and complete. However, each natural crystal product is unique, and appearances cannot be completely uniform. We photograph a random sample of one or more pieces for display and try our best to represent the actual appearance, but we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will look exactly as shown in the images. Customers may not select individual pieces.
6.3 Natural Imperfections
The colour and crystal structure of each natural crystal bead cannot be identical. It is common to find natural characteristics such as cracks, inclusions, pits, black spots, and impurities. We prioritise selecting better‑looking materials before crafting, but we cannot guarantee that every bead or every strand is completely free of imperfections. Making a purchase means you accept the inherent imperfections of natural crystals.
6.4 Bead Size Variation
Minor size variations may occur between batches, typically between 0.1 – 0.8 mm. This is normal and is not considered a quality defect.
6.5 Colour Difference
We endeavour to display product colours as accurately as possible during photography. However, due to lighting conditions during shooting and differences in display screens, slight colour differences between the images and the actual product may occur. The actual product shall prevail.
7. Pricing
Prices displayed on this Website may be converted to a local currency based on the IP address of your location. Unless an obvious error has occurred, your acceptance of the order constitutes your agreement to pay the price shown on this Website.
We strive to ensure that all prices are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that they are free of errors and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover a price error on any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may then choose to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Due to the unique nature of natural crystal products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non‑quality issues.
